A data-driven approach starts with gathering data (duh). Analyze your website metrics, heatmaps, and user recordings to pinpoint problem areas. Next, define conversion goals (more signups, higher AOV, lower cart abandonment, etc.). Then, form a hypothesis. For example, a shorter checkout process will reduce drop-offs. Run A/B tests to validate your ideas before rolling out big changes. Track results, rinse, and repeat.
