Make your website ready for AI agents

See how ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude read your site today, and how Fibr makes it agent-ready.

Your website has a new kind of visitor

Introducing Agent Experience Optimization (AXO): the natural next step for the platform that already adapts your website to every human visitor.

For years, one question has driven everything we build at Fibr: when someone lands on your website, do they get the experience that makes them choose you?

That question used to be about people. A shopper clicking an ad. A banker comparing loan rates. A buyer coming back for the third time. We built Fibr to give each of them the right page, at the right moment, and to keep learning what works.

Today, a growing share of your visitors aren't people at all. They're AI platforms and agents: ChatGPT answering a buyer's question, Gemini comparing products, Claude shortlisting vendors, shopping agents filling a cart. They read your website, decide what to say about you, and increasingly, act on it.

So today we're launching Agent Experience Optimization (AXO). It does for AI visitors what Fibr has always done for human ones: adapts your existing website so each visitor gets what it needs to choose you.

AI is going straight to the source: your website

The first wave of AI visibility looked a lot like early SEO. Brands chased third-party mentions, seeding Reddit threads, listicles and review roundups to influence what AI said about them.

That is changing fast. In August, Promptwatch measured an 86% drop in Reddit's share of ChatGPT Search citations.

Peec AI found that listicles' share of pages retrieved for transactional prompts nearly halved, while daily retrievals of product pages rose 119%, mostly from brands' and manufacturers' own websites.

AI wants facts, specs and answers from the source. That puts your website back at the center.

But most websites were built for people to browse, not for AI to read. Key facts sit inside images and scripts. Pricing hides behind clicks.

Pages answer questions humans ask, not the ones an agent needs answered to recommend you. And as agents move from finding information to completing tasks, readable content isn't enough. Your website also needs to let them act.

Not a new product. The next visitor.

We didn't set out to build an AI visibility tool. AXO grew out of the work we were already doing.

Fibr's Human Experience Optimization (HXO) starts with one simple idea: different visitors need different experiences. Someone who clicked a mortgage ad shouldn't see the same page as someone browsing retirement plans.

So HXO reads where each visitor came from and what they want, then adapts the page through personalization, experimentation, conversion rate optimization and customer journey optimization.

AI visitors follow the same rule. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and shopping agents each read differently, stop at different depths and look for different things. A crawler building an index needs something different from an agent fetching a page to answer a live question.

So when AI started showing up on our customers' websites, we didn't need a new idea. We needed to point the engine we'd already built at a new kind of visitor. AXO identifies which platform or agent is visiting and why, then adapts the structure, depth and order of your existing content for it.

No new articles. No third-party seeding. No rewriting pages by hand. Same website, same facts, the right experience for whoever arrives.

Why we're built for this

Most AI visibility tools start from search: they track mentions and report a score. We start from the website, because that's where we've spent years learning what makes a visitor say yes.

We know websites inside out.

Fibr already runs on enterprise websites in banking, financial services and e-commerce, adapting live pages without rebuilds, flicker or developer tickets. We know how pages are structured, where facts get buried and what breaks when you change them. Serving a clean, accurate version of a page to an AI agent is the same discipline.

We're conversion experts, not just visibility experts.

Being mentioned by AI is the start, not the goal. Our customers measure us on leads, applications and revenue. That changes what we optimize for: not just whether AI cites you, but whether it recommends you, and what happens when the visitor it sends arrives on your site.

We understand action, not just answers.

Every AI agent is learning to do what human visitors do: research, compare, shortlist, fill in a form, apply, buy. We've spent years studying exactly those steps, testing what makes them easier and what makes people drop off. As agents take on more of that work, the brands that win will be the ones whose websites let agents act. That's the journey we already know how to optimize.

We keep brands in control.

In regulated industries, a wrong claim is a real problem. Every fact Fibr gives to AI comes from the brand's own approved content and passes review, approval and factual-consistency checks. AI sees the same facts as humans, at the same URL, just in a format it can use.

What AXO does

Identifies each AI visitor and adapts your content. AXO recognizes the platform or agent, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Muse or GrokBot, and its purpose. It then tailors the structure, depth and order of your existing information for that visitor.

  • Gets you seen more, and recommended more. AXO presents your brand facts, product details and evidence in formats AI can retrieve and use, so your brand shows up more often and more prominently in answers, recommendations and comparisons.

  • Helps agents choose you. Product information, eligibility and available actions become clear and usable, so an agent can check your brand against a consumer's needs and pick your website to complete the task.

  • Lets agents act. AXO adds the functionality agents need to fill in forms, submit applications and make purchases for consumers, on your site or through AI assistants via MCP and apps.

  • Keeps AI accurate and on brand. AI gets your current, approved facts, messaging and required disclosures, in your voice.

  • Works with HXO. Human and AI visitors are served from the same platform, so discovery, visits and conversions connect in one place.

We tried it on ourselves first

Before offering AXO to customers, we ran it on fibr.ai. Across two launches, we made 102 pages agent-ready.

Average daily AI citations rose from 41.4 in the first launch week to 114.9 during October 1 to 7, 2026, nearly three times as many. Sixty-four of those pages have been cited at least once.

The approach is the same one AXO brings to every brand: make the pages you already have work for the AI systems reading them, instead of producing more content.

One website, two audiences

Your website now has two audiences: the people who visit it, and the AI systems that find information and take action on their behalf. Both decide whether you get chosen.

With HXO and AXO together, Fibr serves both from one platform. Humans get personalized journeys built to convert. AI gets accurate, readable, actionable versions of the same pages.

And you get one view of how discovery turns into visits, and visits turn into revenue.

We built Fibr to make sure every visitor gets the experience that makes them choose you. That hasn't changed. The visitors have.
