Google Ads Quality Score

Google Ads Quality Score is a rating from 1 to 10 that Google assigns to each keyword in a Google Ads account, reflecting how relevant the ad, keyword, and landing page are to what a user searched for. A higher score means lower cost per click and better ad placement. A lower score means higher costs and reduced visibility. Landing page relevance is one of the three core components Google evaluates, and a generic landing page that does not reflect the keyword intent will consistently drag down Quality Score no matter how strong the ad copy is. Improving landing page relevance through signal-matched experiences is one of the most direct paths to a better Quality Score.
