Introduction: A Smarter Web for a Privacy-First, Dynamic World
Websites are the unsung heroes of every business – operating 24/7, driving engagement, and serving as the ultimate digital storefront for revenue generation. Yet, despite their importance, they are often overlooked.
Marketers invest heavily in ads and campaigns to drive traffic, while the very platforms meant to convert this hard-earned expensive traffic remain static and underoptimized. This gap leads to missed opportunities and underperformance in digital success.
The problem lies in the way we manage or conceptualize websites today: static platforms constrained by reactive approaches and legacy workflows. Teams work in silos, dependent on developers and disconnected tools, resulting in poor user experiences and missed conversions.
At Fibr AI, we're driven by a profound vision: to fundamentally transform how websites operate in the modern digital landscape. We believe the future of the web lies in intelligent, autonomous, and adaptive systems that work smarter, not harder, while minimizing human intervention.
Our mission is to elevate websites from passive digital properties to dynamic, revenue-driving engines that truly serve modern marketing needs.
Through AI-agents workforce, Fibr AI is reimagining the entire website lifecycle – from creation and optimization to personalization and performance monitoring. We’re empowering marketing teams to focus on strategy while our systems deliver exceptional customer experiences by transforming websites into adaptive, high-performing platforms that scale effortlessly.
The Digital Disconnect: Why Modern Websites Underperform
Websites today fail to meet modern consumer and business demands. Take experimentation, for instance. Traditional A/B testing – comparing two static versions of a webpage – worked in simpler times but is now inadequate for complex, hyper-dynamic and multi-channel user journeys.
This disconnect manifests in several challenges:
Fragmented Ownership: Marketing, product, IT, & design teams often manage different aspects of the website independently, leading to inefficiencies, slow decision-making, and diluted accountability.
Acquisition Over Optimization: Marketers obsess over driving traffic to their websites, and invest heavily in ads, overshadowing efforts to optimize user journeys.
Manual CRO Processes: Existing CRO tools depend on human judgment for hypothesis generation and personalization, creating bottlenecks. This creates missed opportunities in an era that demands speed and precision – leading to lower conversions and ROI.
Static Content: Websites fail to adapt to real-time user behavior, reducing engagement and conversions.
Developer Dependence: Creating and managing high-performing web pages relies on lengthy development cycles, restricting marketers’ agility and response time.
Limited Innovation: Most solutions tackle isolated problems – like optimization or analytics – but fail to address the holistic needs of a modern website ecosystem.
Consumers now expect deeply personalized experiences, shaped by platforms like Netflix and Spotify. The future demands hyper-personalization and hyper-personalized experimentation, where websites need to have “a mind of its own” that dynamically adapt to user contexts, driving sustainable engagement and conversions.

Why Now?
The digital landscape is at an inflection point with marketers & enterprises adapting AI in their tech stack, driving the need for solutions like Fibr AI.
Few key shifts driving this:
Breakthroughs in AI: Agentic Frameworks and the APIfication of AI, have unlocked opportunities for deeper personalization and precise semantic analysis, enabling tailored experiences at scale with greater efficiency.
Evolving Privacy Standards: Privacy regulations and decline of 3rd-party cookies (e.g., Apple’s restrictions and Google’s search for alternatives), necessitate first-party data solutions and contextual personalization to maintain user trust without sacrificing relevance.
Consumer Expectation: Platforms like Netflix and Google have set a new standard for personalization, making it an expectation rather than a luxury. Companies must deliver dynamic, tailored experiences or risk losing competitive ground.
Fragmented Digital Ecosystems: The proliferation of ad platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools has led to complex and disconnected workflows.
Early Traction: Journey, Metrics, Success Stories, and Use Cases
Our journey began in January 2023 with a simple yet ambitious proposition: creating personalized landing pages for ad campaigns. Initial efforts targeted D2C companies (August 2023), but limited willingness to pay prompted a shift to enterprise customers. By March 2024, our beta launch tailored to enterprise needs showed a 20-25% improvement in conversions.
In August 2024, we launched the refined product and onboarded three major Indian companies:
Star Health Insurance, India’s largest health insurance provider achieved a measurable xx% uplift in landing page conversions. This was accomplished by running A/Bn tests by changing Banner Image, Insurance Clearance Metrics, and Messaging with specific cities instead of generic ones.
ACT Fibernet, 3rd largest broadband provider in India personalized landing pages based on city-level product offerings, resulting in a 25% increase in final conversions (installation). This effort reduced CAC by 31.5% and improved Google Ad Quality Scores from 4-5 to 7-8. We launched over 1,500 variations, for nearly 2 million web visitors, in less than 2 days.
Asian Paints, One of India’s top 30 companies by market cap created over 1,200 highly targeted landing pages for Google AdWords in under 24 hours. This led to a 30% increase in conversions on a like-for-like basis and nearly 2X conversions compared to the previous month against generic landing pages.
These results underscore Fibr AI’s ability to deliver tangible business outcomes, making websites smarter, faster, and more efficient.
Since November 2024, our major focus has shifted to the US market, actively pursuing opportunities and submitting RFPs. We have raised our Pre-seed round of $1.8M from Accel Partners and other prominent Angel Investors.
