Fibr AI Manifesto:

The Future of Websites - Living Interfaces

Introduction

This memo is a reflection of the foundation that inspired us to start Fibr AI and a reaffirmation of the core principle that has fueled our passion as second-time founders, through every challenge and triumph, for tackling this "Non-Definitive" Problem Statement - Living Interfaces.

My professor at Stanford, Andy Rachleff, always used to say that startups disrupt incumbents in two ways: Low Cost or Technological Inflection. For us, it was the latter - a combination of AI advancements and the decline of third-party cookies - that provided the perfect catalyst.

With Apple's decision to kill third-party cookies and Google's move announcing to look for alternatives, driven by rising demands for privacy from consumers and regulatory bodies like CCPA and GDPR, the landscape was ripe for change. Additionally, with AI becoming more mainstream and accessible, what once felt impossible is now both achievable and scalable, making true automation a reality.

This was when I met Pritam, and we both immediately connected instantly over this shared observation. We recognized the growing panic in the market over rising CAC, the inability to retarget effectively or at scale and increasing personnel costs.

Having both worked at consumer-focused companies, we knew firsthand how brutal marketing costs could be for growth. I’d joke with Pritam about how 30% of VC funding seemed to go straight to Facebook and Google.

With this technological shift, we predicted this could go as high as 50% - a terrifying prospect for any business. The changing landscape sparked our excitement for tackling this problem and challenging the age-old Incumbents.

One thing became crystal clear to us - websites are the real revenue drivers yet are often neglected as a resource, always taking a backseat.

And the real opportunity wasn’t in further optimizing the ad platforms but in empowering the digital salesperson - the website – to drive conversions intelligently and autonomously.

Insight: The AHA Moment

As we spoke to marketers, one consistent insight kept surfacing: websites are the unsung heroes of the marketing ecosystem. They are responsible for driving the most critical business metrics i.e. conversions, yet when it comes to budget allocation or campaign planning, they’re often an afterthought.

Marketers want websites that experiment, adapt and deliver hyper-personalized experiences as personalized as their ads, while being lightning-fast. And yet, many of my friends in marketing, especially in industries like financial services, admitted they’d only updated their websites once or twice in the past few years.

Why? Because websites sit in a strange zone of shared responsibility: tech teams, product teams, content creators, performance marketers - all juggling control.

Let’s face it: This disconnect leaves websites static, stuck in time since early internet days – unable to meet marketing demands. They’ve become passive, lifeless digital properties that don’t serve as true salespeople, instead relying on cookies to gather data without offering value in return.

Our realization was simple yet profound: websites are true revenue drivers, but no one wants to manage them. They’re always treated as secondary projects, rarely receiving the attention they deserve.

So, we asked ourselves: What if we could create a platform that acted as the Central Nervous System for websites?
A system that autonomously manages itself and evolves based on user needs. Or, to put it boldly: What if we could give websites a mind of their own?

A website that’s intelligent, adaptive, and capable of driving conversions and personalization autonomously, with least human intervention, would fundamentally transform the digital ecosystem. Businesses would win. Consumers would win. Everyone would benefit.

Armed with these realizations, in early 2023, we set out to find like-minded individuals who believed in our bold, unconventional, forward-thinking vision and were willing to take a leap of faith with us.

Our pitch? Reimagine websites (to start with) as dynamic, revenue-driving assets - intelligent, autonomous, and built to meet the evolving demands of modern marketing.

We raised our Pre-seed round of $1.8M from Accel Partners, 2AM VC and other prominent Angel Investors – people who took the leap of faith for our crazy vision of what Pritam perfectly described as: “The Future of the Web”

The Digital Disconnect: Why Modern Websites Underperform

I've come to realize that websites today are fundamentally broken. They're not meeting the needs of modern consumers or businesses. Let me break it down for you: traditional A/B testing, which once worked in simpler times, is now outdated in our complex, multi-channel digital world.

We've evolved from testing two static page versions to running highly dynamic, personalized experiments for each audience segment.

The truth is, websites, which should be the backbone of our digital business, are riddled with inefficiencies. Let me explain why:

  1. Fragmented Ownership: Websites often become battlegrounds between marketing, IT, product, content, and design teams. Each team works in their own bubble, leading to inefficiencies, decision delays, and a lack of clear accountability.

  2. Acquisition Over Optimization: Marketers focus heavily on driving traffic but neglect the user journeys that convert visitors into loyal customers.

  3. Manual CRO Processes: Conversion Rate Optimization relies on human judgment for hypotheses and personalization, creating bottlenecks in a world that demands speed and precision.

  4. Static Content: Most websites operate as one-size-fits-all entities, failing to adapt to user behavior in real time.

  5. Developer Dependence: Building and managing web pages is slow, labor-intensive, and expensive, limiting marketers’ agility.

  6. Limited Innovation: Many tools address isolated problems - analytics, optimization, or personalization - but fail to integrate into a cohesive system.

And here’s the kicker: today’s consumers demand hyper-personalization with privacy. Thanks to platforms like Netflix, and Amazon, the bar is set high. Static websites just won't cut it anymore as they can’t meet modern expectations or drive sustained engagement to convert visitors to loyal customers.

The future demands websites with a mind of their own - autonomous systems capable of enhancing user interactions, delivering personalized experiences, conducting experiments autonomously and driving business outcomes in real time.

The Journey So Far

Equipped with our AHA moment, when we started our goal was simple: to overcome the limitations of tools like Adobe Target, Salesforce Personalization, and Optimizely. However, as we worked closely with marketers, we uncovered deeper challenges – unclear outcomes, heavy reliance on human teams, limited ideation, and the inability to scale effectively.

Our first step was solving for scalability. We built a platform capable of creating personalized landing pages for every ad campaign. By seamlessly integrating with marketing ecosystems and automating workflows with AI, we delivered real results for many clients and proved the potential of what we were building.

But we quickly realized that creating at scale wasn’t enough. Marketers didn’t just need tools, they needed guidance. Questions like “What should we personalize?”, “Which tests should we run?”, “How do we interpret results?”, and “How do we deploy changes efficiently?” kept surfacing. These conversations shaped the next iteration of Fibr.

What sets Fibr apart?

Today, Fibr is more than a platform – it’s an ecosystem powered by multiple AI-Agents. These agents autonomously manage personalization, experimentation, and performance optimization. They work seamlessly with marketers, browse and analyse marketing stacks (ads, analytics, CRM etc.), generate hypotheses, decide what to personalize, and deploy new webpages & strategies at scale.

To ensure trust, our human CRO experts remain deeply involved, refining AI outputs to prevent errors or biases. This hybrid model combines AI’s speed and scale with human insight and precision, giving marketers the tools they need to thrive.

Fibr is the only solution marketers need for their CRO efforts. No extra team members,  developers, agencies, or tools - just one partner that handles everything and empowering marketers to move faster, think bigger, and achieve the impossible.

PS: Our V0 agents have successfully been able to run Google Ads to Landing Page hyperpersonalization autonomously at scale, especially with text. As we continue to onboard more clients and address additional problem statements, we believe this capability will extend to images, UI/UX, and beyond - not just for ads, but across the entire digital experience.

The Vision: A New Era of Digital CRO and Living Interfaces

When I imagine the future of digital experiences, I don’t see static placeholders or forgotten assets lost in a maze of shared responsibilities. I see dynamic, intelligent ecosystems that grow, adapt, and thrive autonomously.

This isn’t just a lofty idea; it’s a pressing need today. Consumer expectations are at an all-time high, and attention spans are at an all-time low. Digital interfaces – websites, apps, and beyond – can’t afford to live in the past; they need to lead the charge in the digital revolution.

At Fibr AI, we’re pioneering Autonomous Digital CRO, rethinking how businesses engage with their audiences. It’s not just about tweaking landing page copies or improving click-through rates by changing CTA colors – it’s a completely new way to think about digital interfaces and their performance. This is no longer about incremental changes – it’s about creating a seismic shift in how businesses approach online engagement.

It starts with creation: digital interfaces will build themselves, rapidly and autonomously, at a scale and speed marketers have never imagined. These interfaces won’t just respond to user behavior – they’ll anticipate it. Optimization will happen continuously, without bottlenecks or human intervention, so every visitor sees the most relevant experience, in real-time.

This is what drives us - a future where digital interfaces are no longer just tools, but intelligent, self-optimizing living entities with a mind of their own.

Personalization will no longer be a static feature but a dynamic, context-driven experience. The Digital Mind of Interfaces will house all data, continuously learning from every interaction and becoming smarter with each visit. It will drive the experiments at scale, offering hyper-personalized hyper-experimented journeys tailored to each user – instantly adapting to their needs and behavior.

This self-sustaining, continuous cycle of data generation, learning, and optimization will ensure digital interfaces are constantly evolving, pushing the boundaries of engagement. Performance monitoring will shift from reactive to proactive insights, driving real-time changes to keep the experience relevant and impactful.

This is what drives me - a future where digital interfaces are no longer just tools, but intelligent, self-optimizing living entities with a mind of their own. At Fibr AI, we’re not just building a product – we’re laying the foundation for a smarter, faster, and more connected digital ecosystem that will redefine how businesses interact with their audiences.

This is the digital future I want to create. This is the future I believe in.

Proving the Vision: Metrics, Success Stories, and Early Traction

In January 2023, we set out with a bold yet simple mission: “Landing Page for Every Ad Campaign”. Our journey wasn’t linear - we started with D2C brands, but by August 2023, we realized the market wasn’t ready. We pivoted to enterprises, where we found a better fit for the scale and the change we envisioned. By May 2024, our beta launch  delivered a 20-25% increase in conversions for enterprise clients.

By Aug-Sept 2024, we launched our product and partnered with 3 largest enterprise clients, and each success told a powerful story of what’s possible when websites are reimagined:

  1. For India’s largest health insurance provider, we tailored campaigns down to city-specific details, driving significant conversion lifts by turning generic outreach into hyper-localized engagement that drove meaningful engagement with relevance and trust.

  2. With India’s leading internet service provider, we created 1,500 personalized landing pages, cutting Customer Acquisition Costs by 31.5% and boosting conversions by 25%. Every ad had a personalized message for its target audience, showing how speed and relevance can redefine marketing efficiency, making every dollar spent on acquisition work harder.

  3. For one of the world’s Top 10 Coating Companies, we built 1,200 landing pages in under 24 hours, doubling conversions compared to static pages. By aligning Google Ad keywords with landing page intent, we ensured every search led to a seamless, context-driven experience.

These successes weren’t just metrics - they were proof of our vision. They showed that intelligent, adaptive websites can deliver speed, personalization, and results in ways static, manual processes never could.
Now we are shifting our focus to the U.S. market in Nov 2024, and we are doing so with the confidence of these wins behind us, as we work on scaling our vision globally.

The End Note: Building the Web of the Future

This journey has been far from easy - filled with pivots, challenges, and moments of doubt. But through it all, one belief has kept us moving forward: interfaces can and should be more than static placeholders. They can become intelligent, self-driven, living entities that adapt, engage, and convert in ways we’ve only dreamed of.

The internet is evolving, and the way businesses connect with their audiences must evolve too. At Fibr AI, we’re not just solving today’s problems - we’re reimagining what’s possible. We’re pioneering a future where digital interfaces are live, dynamic, autonomous, and intelligent, with the power to shape the digital experiences of tomorrow.

This isn’t just a product or a platform - it’s a movement. A vision to create smarter, faster, and more connected digital ecosystems.

Let’s build the future of the interfaces together.
