conversion funnel optimisation
What is a conversion funnel?
A conversion funnel is a model that maps out the path users take from first interaction to final action (like a purchase or signup). It’s called a "funnel" because the number of people usually narrows at each stage; lots of visitors at the top, fewer buyers at the bottom. The usual stages are Awareness: When users first hear about you. Interest: When they start engaging with your content. Consideration: when they compare options and weigh decisions. Conversion: when they finally act. If lots of users drop off after the consideration phase, for example, that’s a clear signal that your product pages or offers might need work.
