Mostly yes. AI can automate many aspects of the CRO process easily, but some tasks still require human intervention. Like for instance, AI can handle A/B testing, personalization, and data analysis (with minimal human input), however, strategic decision-making and interpreting complex insights will still require human expertise. The best way to look at automation is to let AI handle the boring, heavy-lifting tasks, while humans oversee the direction and implementation.
